Asha for Education is a non-profit organization dedicated to the education of underprivileged children in India. Our annual Spring Fundraiser features an evening of dance by Nayikas, New York's first resident classical Odissi dance theater company.
Widely and critically acclaimed, Nayikas blends contemporary movements with India's oldest dance form to create innovative and cutting-edge dance pieces.
Asha is a zero-overhead organization and all proceeds of the evening will go directly to our projects in India.
