DJ Rokesh and Karma Tenzing Nyangmi brings you the year's most exclusive event, "MusicMandu 2016" on November 11th, 2016 at the prestigious Melrose Ballroom in Astoria, NY. This annual program will emcompass live performances by some of the most legendary Nepalese artists/musicians from all around the world who will perform under one venue on the same stage!

The Lineup for Musicmandu 2016:

STG & The Beats
The program begins with NewYork's favorite band, "Sonam Tashi Gurung and The Beats". They have garnered quite a fan following here in the US via their performances in New York and other states in the US. The vocalist for the band, Sonam Tashi Gurung is a famous Nepalese artist living in NY with a number of hit songs like Birsana sakina, Antim bidai, Muskaan, etc. Don't hesitate to check him out on YouTube (StgProjectNepal).

Prakriti Deuja
A young talent all the way from Washington DC, Praks will be rocking the stage with her beautiful & soulful voice. A fun fact: Praks remains the only Nepali who has performed live at an NBA game (in the Washington Wizards Arena, Washington DC) when she sang the US National Anthem that was very well received by the attendees.

Nima Rumba
Perhaps the most well known artist in the Nepalese music industry with nearly 3 decades in the music business - The one and only Nima Rumba! Nima will belt out most of his major hits to which the attendess can dance all night long.

Phiroj Shyangden & Adrian Pradhan
The vocal duo behind the "sound" of the band, 1974 AD! All their songs have left a mark in the Nepalese music scene - Today's generation of Nepalese youth identify with their music and the milestone in the lives of many individuals are marked by their songs that have become an anthem for the youth. The dynamic duo, Phiroj Shyangden and Adrian Pradhan perform until midnight.

DJ Rokesh
After the live concert, comes the exciting part for those looking to let loose (with da "Goose") with New York's very own DJ's, DJ Rokesh along with DJ Bha2. They will be spinning back to back until 4am. And as everyone who's attended their events, nobody can make the crowd dance like DJ Rokesh and DJ Bha2 can!

To reiterate, there will be THREE legendary singers from Nepal performing at one stage on a single event - And this is not something that happens often. You snooze, you lose...So, make it then and we (along with the artists) look forward to seeing you all then.
