आदर्णीय न्यू इङ्ल्यान्डबासी दाजुभाई तथा दिदीबहिनीहरु, यस सँस्थाको फेब्रुअरी दश तारिख सम्पन्न बैठकले गरेको निर्णय अनुसार र यस सँस्थाको बिधानलाई पालनागर्दै निम्न मिती र समयमा साधारण सभा सम्पन्न गर्ने भएको छ| यस् सँस्थाका कार्यक्रमहरुलाई बुझ्न तथा उधेस्य पुरागर्नकालागी दिसानीर्देश गर्न सबै सर्ब साधारणहरुको उपस्थिको जरुरी छ| अत: निम्न स्थान र समयमा उपस्थित भईदिनुहुनकालागी सादर अनुरोध छ|

As decided by the working committee (board of director)’s meeting on the 10th of February, 2014, we are glad to announce our first “General Assembly Meeting” at the following venue, time and date. It is also decided as accordance with the constitution and bylaws of the PABFONE. If you would like to know about the organization’s overall situation and support the organization in fulfilling its goals, please come to the assembly meeting and share your views and ideas. Please help us create a nice program for the future of the organization. Following are the major subjects to discuss at the meeting:
