His Holiness is coming to New York on October 11, 2007
His Holiness is receiving Congressional Gold Medal from the United States Congress on October 17, 2007.
To celebrate these milestones, together, Tibetan Community of New York and New Jersey invites all Tibetans and friends of Tibetans to a concert featuring Tibetan performers and one special performer, all the way from India, Mr. Phonsok Laddakhi.
Scheduled to appear, as of this publication (and please keep checking back as we add more of your favorite artists) are:

- Ms. Pasnag Lhamo
The concert will be followed by dance party featuring our own very best DJs spinning all your favorite tunes.
This event is organized by the Tibetan Community of NY & NJ’s Tibetan Cultural Center Building Committee consisting of respected members from Regional Tibetan Youth Congress of NY & NJ, Regional Tibetan Women’s Association of NY & NJ and the Parents Association of the Tibetan School.
All proceeds from this event will go directly towards the campaign to raise funds for the building of a Tibetan Cultural Center in New York City.
