Right now the market is very bad. There is no such consultancies that will get you job ASAP. Consulting companies also look at the positions and market the candidate. In this job market, each open position is fought for by hundreds of people. Unless you are the best in your field, it will be down to luck finding a job. I would suggest you connect to recruiters of big companies like TekSystems, Apex, Kforce, Mitchel Martin, etc. via linkedin. They will market you if you are a genuine candidate and they have a good network with big companies, so if they can't find a job, pretty much nobody else can.

If I am not wrong, there are quite a bit in New Jersey and Texas as well. You just have to poke around with current students who just graduate.

As an F1 student, securing a job can be extremely challenging. While consultancy opportunities are available, full-time positions are difficult to obtain, often requiring a wait of 6 months to a year without employment. Consultancy job projects are typically 6 month to 1 year duration not the full time positions.than you have to repeat the cycle.Even after landing a job, if your skills don’t meet expectations, there’s a high risk of losing the position within the first month—potentially leading to another long period of unemployment. The pay typically starts at around $25/hour after taxes. Despite these tough conditions, many F1 students pursue this path out of necessity, driven by the hope of eventually obtaining a green card and building a stable future in the U.S. If you’re prepared to face these challenges, then continuing may be a viable option.
