According to the inside source, they are increasing service fees in mid-July. Fees will be increase by 15%-20%.

But they will provide free parking spots for the visitors. The parking lot will be at the Connecticut Ave., across the street from the Washington  Hilton Hotel and its only 5 minutes walking distance. So far, they have 30 space available for the visitors as well as for the employees( 7 spots are already reserved).
