Is it possible to get your credit evaluated by WES for the degree earned in Nepal - without sending original transcripts and provisionals to TU Controller of Examinations, Nepal?

why would you wanna send the transcripts to TU? US schools will accept WES evaluation. however, I have had a bitter experience with WES.

i sent original (my brothers civil eng.certificates) transcripts to WES along with $160. i got a letter from them saying there were few transcripts missing. it was hard for us to provide the missing transcripts and i requested them to evaluate whatever we have but they refused. and i asked for refund and they refused that too. so i lost $160 for nothing. so send everything.

i just recall, i think i sent copies. make sure to check their website.

They will do it for as little credit as 10....

My evaluations were sent for 80 credit and got transferred...

I don't wanna send my transcripts to Nepal, but WES requires the transcripts to be verified and sealed in an envelope by the TU Controller of Examination, further it needs to be directly sent from the TU Controller of Examination. But, the problem is, TU does not issue new transcripts, (Unable to understand why???) TU will only verify the photocopies of the documents if the student himself/herself is present at TU office or any of the family member has to request TU with my original documents.
