hey guys i was working for this company and then i went to nepal for 2 months and when i came back the company stopped running my payroll now they are saying they will not run my pay roll untill i get another project.
i am afraid thats going to create prob for my status. will i be out of status my company says i will not be out of status since i have not filed for GC.
on the other had i have contract with the company for 1 yr there fore i cant transfer else i will have to pay them 8000 usd and i dont have that much saving yet.
can some one tell me if its ok not running the pay roll or is that going to create a prob. i have been in bench for 3 months now including the 2 months in nepal.
please help.
