The dominance over the political system is such that China is effectively a single-party state.

People should see, what is difference between Multiparty compitition and Multiparty democracy. China has many parties and ruling is always one. Other parties can not be ruling even if they get popular vote. So it is one party system.  Is Nepal going towards in this type of system?
