I am looking for some advice regarding H1/Green card processing.

I am a Computer Science Graduate student under F1 status. I want to apply for a Full time job at University. I had talk with ISA and they say it is ok to accept the position.

Now the problem is that the Job doesn’t require Bachelors/Masters Degree and there are few 1-2 employees working in same position who do not have Bachelors degree. So because of that I will not be able to apply for H1 (because H1 requires that Job must have minimum Undergraduate degree as requirement).

A friend of mine suggested that I can directly apply for Green Card. But I am not sure if GC filing too requires that Job must have minimum Undergrad degree as requirement.

Is GC the way to go or is there any other work around for that.

Looking forward to your suggestions.
