Why does all the money collected from Pashupatinath goes to India?

It does not go , its just few priests who get paid that. Don't spread lies. And those priests are well qualified than Nepalese Bahuns.

Looking at the conditions, even if I knew nothing...not even a drop, it tell me that Pashupatinath's money is not being used in the right direction. Nothing has changed. Bagmati is a river of shit. Few as in how many and even if its few why? Do we get any money from Temple in India?
