I thinking to launch a weekly or fortnightly 4 page newsletter
named "eNepali Flame" that will contain articles with only
nicknames so that it can be distributed in Nepal via email.
Well, if someone wants to put real name authored article,
that is also possible. But, it should have extremely Flamed
articles to restore Bahudaliya Democracy in nepal and
new faced leaders.

Is there anyone who want to join in editorial board. You can
put your nicknames or full names it upto your choice.

I hope to join with Sajha.com, i.e. will request San to permit
me to quote some of the hot and flamed articles from Sajha.com
and edit them to suit our space. They should be able to fire
(electronically: not the way of Maoists by killing and torturing
peoples. Lets use ePen as our eFlame to give the taste of eFire).

San, do you mind if you summarize some articles published here
provided I will cite their source (Savar: Sajha.com). If you like
this can be a joint work. It should not be more than 4 pages
of A4 or Letter sized paper, so that photocopying costs during
distribution is less costlier. Less pictures, journal quality editing,
only the authors/writers name will be kept confidential: Jyan jane
chha tara writer's identity will not be disclosed. No identity will
be stored in my computer. No way to trace out, except FBI might
keep track of those emails: can not be helped because FBI has
full access to all such communications if they need or want. I don't
think we will write anything against America or any other country.
It should be truly based on Nepal, no bashing on other countries.
It should be truly based on domestic issues of Nepal.

I need two to 4 addtional volunteers to initiate this fortnightly.
It will be distributed in Adobe Acrobat 's PDF Document Quality
format.

my experience in initiating a news bulletine, you can view following
4 pages. I started from scratch and in my team we were 4 active
members and the NESAJ Patra is still alive and working, though I left
it long time ago, but the format and trend I established there is still
working. Idle (too busy members) peoples are not expected. Should
be able to take responsibilty for 1 page out of 4 pages (every issue).

The eNepali Flame is finally set to Launch every 2nd and 4th Sunday of
english months. It will have maximum 4 pages and minimum 2 pages when
printed in letter sized paper. It will be collection of opinions from various
sources (Mostly Excerpts). Only editorial will be our original opinion.
It will try to cover all perspectives that lie in between both Extreme liberals
and extreme rightists (conservative --neoConservative ) views. Main
theme of this publication will be to restore Democracy and Peace in Nepal.
Democracy here refers to Multiparty system where executive power of
the country is to be used by publicly tested leaders (publicly elected
leaders).

Naming of the publication: e is attached to mean it will remain only
electronic version when we distribute its copy from the publisher's
table. Peoples are Free to distribute it in any form.

Sources of all excerpts will be gratefully acknowledged.
