एयूटा सल्ला पाउन हजुर म student visama usa आको ५ yr हुन लग्यो राम्रो पदना सकेको 6uina बट visa status mainatain garira6u , now म असयलुम पो हालू कि vanne सोचाइमा 6u किन कि पदना सकिन नात पोइसो नै कमाए, मेरो baby USA citizen ६, २ यर्स, n my hus is under mine dependent visa, क कसो होला अप्प्रोवल chances sathhee हरु सल्ला पाउन plsssss र kuna  state बाट file  गरु ! ra kasto kagajat chaiyela hai .

Ajhai 12 barsha kurne, your baby can sponsor both of ya' when s/he gets 18 yo ;)
Ahile ko situation ma its 50-50 chance.

 If you can prove in the court that, in your absence your kids would have the economic hardship or would have nobody to look around, then definitely you would get the green card to live here... asylum is for different purpose... in ur case I don't think it is appropriate.. coz officer lai thaha huncha ki timro baccha pani yehi cha ra budha pani yehi cha tehi vayera nepal najana lai upaya gareko matra ho vanera... tesaile reject hune chance dherai nai badhi huncha... so get a good lawyer and try to fight it the way I mentioned...
