What is the new deadline to apply for OPT? It used to be before the last day of your class, but since 2008, they changed the rule.

Anybody know about the current deadline..................Please dont ignore this thread, if you know the answer, because I think I am in a deep shit like always.

you can apply anytime from (90 days -30 days) prior to the last day of your school. So if your last day of school is may 15 you must apply before april 15 and you can start applying anytime after february 15.
