I have an RFE and wanted some suggestion, please let me know if someone hs recived similar rfe's and if you have samples of the documents you submitted for a similar rfe, the required documents are Any suggestions are helpful. 1)     Copies of signed and valid contracts between petitioner and beneficiary 2. A Complete itinerary of services or engagements that specifies the dates of each service or engagement, the names and addresses of the actual employers and the names and addresses of the establishments, venues or locations where the services will be performed by the beneficiary for the period of time requested. 3. Copies of signed and valid contractual agreements between the petitioner and the authorized officials of the ultimate end-client companies where the work will actually be performed. The contractual agreements should contain the validity dates of the agreement. 4. Copies of signed and valid work orders, Statement of Work (SOW), service agreements, and letters between the petitioner and the authorized officials of ultimate end-client companies where the work will actually be performed. The work orders, SOW, service agreements and letters should provide a detailed description of the duties to be performed by the beneficiary, the qualifications required to perform these job duties, salary and wages paid, hours worked, benefits provided and any other related evidence. Note: The evidence must show specialty occupation work for the beneficiary with the actual end client company where the work will ultimately be performed. Merely providing contracts between the petitioner and the other consultants or employment agencies that provided consulting or staffing services to other companies may not be sufficient. There, must be a clear contractual path shown from the petitioner, through any other consultants or staffing agencies,to an ultimate end-client.
