Is it right that in Minnesota international students get in-state fee to study in undergraduate level ? Which university does this if anybody is aware of it ...?

Well, most of the university in the minnesota gives you instate tuition fees for all the student studying there. But beware that it's hard to find the job for 1 summer. One of the best university i'd recommend you is.. 1) University of Minnesota, 2) University of St. Thomas, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
These are the best university in Minnesota. Besides, there are other university like Southwest Minnesota State University, Minnesota State University, Moorhead
