Was anyone able to successfully transfer H1 this year? I have a H1 through a company right now which started on Oct 1 day before yesterday and i might need to transfer to another company as my project is ending and i am planning to look for a permanent position. Is that going to be a problem? Also, what are the things to be careful about while transfering the visa, how long is the process?

There won't be any problem.. I just got transferred on Aug. month.

The thing you need to take care is do not send fake resume while transferring H1.(Ahile ta problem hundaina.. but may be while applying GC).

Do premium processing (Extra $1000) for tension free :) once u get full time position.
