Hi guys;
I am on the process of processing my employment based immigrant visa(green card) through indian consultancy.I have heard that number of employment based GC though indian consultancy has been rejected lately for some reason.So, i am basically bit confused if i am doing right things?This thing is just eating my head and also i am bit concerned with time as well.They are telling me to pay some 4K-5K for lawyer and form's fee etc.So, i will be paying some chunk of money onto it on the process.Guys can u share or give idea onto it.Thanks..
