Hello Rudra
Thanks for your Resume, please.
Ours is a Security Company which provides comprehensive Security (including Security
of Information). So, we certainly need a few persons who are well versed in Data
Security & Netwok Management.
However, they will be placed as and when our Client(s) ask for such a service.

We are also in the process of building up an All-Women Security Team for the MNCs.
It would also include IT experts (ladies)who are well versed in Data Security &
Netwok Management, Security Supervisors, Time-keepers, Guards, etc. They will stay
together and run their own kitchen--this will ensure their personal health &
security. However, their placement will also be subject to our Client's
requirements.

Hence, currently, we are inviting Resumes with photos only; we shall screen the
same, interview the canditates and short-list them for appointment as and when the
need arises.

Before they are posted at the MNCs, they will be well trained by us.
We are hopeful that, depending upon the said Team's performance, our clients will
prefer to continue the Contract for their services.

If you wish to assist us in this recruitment process, we can work out your
commission on per-appointed-canditate basis, please.

Discrimination against looks are perfectly legal. Only discrimination against race, religion, country of origin, age and a couple more are protected, in the US. In Nepal I' not sure if there is an antidiscrimination law and even if there is, who would enforce it? You can descriminate agains fat people, thin people, tall people, short people, ugly people anyone you like as long as you dont discriminate upon the few protected attributes.
