I looked for back pain treatment in Nepal but could not find anything. Best thing is to do back streching and then strengthing exercises. I went to physical therapy for few months where they showed me all the exercises. I am doing it at home now. It's helping me alot. There is another one call "Give me 20", exercise using a ball. You can buy that DVD and a ball in any Big 5 store. That works too. And also Yoga helps if you could do it regularly.

There are some yoga postures which are harmful to ones with back pain. Talk so someone with knowledge.But proper exercises helf a lot. Back pain may be due to a lot of reaons like kidney stone, problem in spinal cord etc.

Guys, you should never masturbate with your head beding downwards. It will lead to back pain. Always lie on your back. ( I am not sure about girls though!)

I was listening randomly to AM stations today while driving and actually listened to one of the programs in which a doctor was talking about what can be done to cure back pain. So here is what he said: Lose some weight. Exercise, but nothing that is strenuous to your back. (a friend of mine who is a physical therapist said that sit-ups are actual harmful to your spine). Eat: Papaya, Pineapple, Glucosomine tablets with MSM. Also, take multi-vitamins. Hope this helps.
