Not enough information to process your input. You are safe with the assumption that your file is accepted and you get a notice of action (I-797) form from USCIS as a proof of your pending I-485.

My 140 and 485 were concurently filed. Waiting for receipt notice.

Is there any other thing employer has to do to complete Green Card process?
