Just to let you'll know that today (Dec 3rd) is the last day for DV lottery 2008

Dedaline is 12pm Eastern Standard Time (Dec 3rd--Sunday)

Also about photo--pls make sure you do the right thing...Such as setting 150 dpi for resolution. Photoshop alone might not be useful.
