DENTAL STUDY

Do you think you might have a cavity ? (Dant Kira le Khayeko)

Seeking individuals 18 and older for a 19 month study
that is testing an investigational product to prevent tooth decay.

If you qualify, you will receive:

- three free dental examinations

- a free dental cleaning

- free cavity fillings

- up to $350

Individuals must:

- be 18 + years of age

- have 20 or more natural teeth
