I came to know about this guy Connor Grenan, an avid traveler and active blogger through the website of my professor when I was applying for graduate schools. You can read about his contribution and service to protect trafficked children in Nepal in his blog and I had known that he was going to take the project to the next bigger level. He has started an organization called Next Generation Nepal which is hosting its fundraiser this Thursday at NY city. For more information, visit the following websites. http://tblogs.bootsnall.com/conor// http://www.nextgenerationnepal.com/index.html I am not getting anything out of this. I just wanted to draw your attention on his organization. Peace

I have seen many westerns doing that and genuinely helping Nepal that we have no ideas about. I’m so impressed that so many of them have adopted Nepali poor kids who would have been nowhere without them. But then there are some bad ones too. Mostly it’s more 80% true; 20% fake hippies, Buddhism lover, self promoting crap in the name of social services and NGOs .They do it all by themselves. They have nobody to prove to. What we do to help Nepal….see it yourself here in Sajha with threads like “How to develop Nepalâ€, “India is taking over Nepal†etc, all bull crap. All talks. Saano dekhi lage ko bani....you can take a Nepali out of Nepal but not Nepal out of a Nepali.
