I was wondering if the quota has been reached yet for this year?? If any additional informations regarding the H1 do share...

H1 B visa has already been finished for next year (Till October 2006).

If you have a Masters degree, you are qualified for extra 20,000 quotas and I think this quota has not been filled for this year, and you can still apply; however, if you only have bachelors degree, then you need to wait till April 2006 to apply, and it is for the work to start from October 2006.
