How many Nepali are there in TPS do you think? What do most of them going to do? Stay illegal or return back to Nepal?

Read in some other forum that there are very few nefoli strand on tps now,probably less than 1000 thats why nobody cares about nefoli tps unlike the other countries which has hundreds of thousands of tps benefeceries . Since its been almost 10 years, seems like many already adjusted their status , remaining died with covid , natural death etc etc , big portion migrated canada as its was relatively easier to get canadian pr .
I was in tps for long not any more

@bhamnepali i am waiting for eb3 as well. I dont think I have enough time left for PD of April 2023 to be current before TPS expires.

Nastiksolti, they usually give 6, 12, or 18 months of orderly transition. Fingers crossed we get at least 12.

Also, nastiksolti, to apply for your 485, you don’t have to wait for final notice. Right note, it is 1mar23. You may be good.
