It tells me our records indicates that you have not yet re registered for tps under your country designation. If u do not re register properly with in a registration period USCIS may withdraw your tps and related documents. To reregistwr dor tps ……etc etc … Are you in a same boat like me ??

@ sampurna but it says on your notice that the expiration of your card has been extended to March 2025 right? Just want to confirm. I applied for re registration and EAD just a few days ago. My EAD also has an expiration of Jan 4 2024. I haven't received the extension notice yet. P.s I think the issue with typos is that employers may not feel comfortable with it.&nbsp; @s001: I'm going to show the notice to my employer. If they point out the discrepancy in the dates, I will tell them it's just a typo. If they don't accept it, I will just give them a copy of my older EAD which should also auto extend per this notice. @sajhabus Thank you. This typo is giving me anxiety. Why USCIS have to do all this drama, like last time why they didn't publish FRN and auto extend all the EADs. It cost time and money to send all the individual mails and USPS is not efficient that everyone will get mail on time. Don't know what Biden Administration is trying to do. It's easy to cross border illegally and get papers, they get expedited service. FIY: I am not a Trumper either.

@sajabus, if you change your address physically but didn't change in uscis after you got your last EAD, check the mail in your old address. If you put new address when your file the new EAD will not automatically change your address in your previous case.

Last time i re registered was back in 2018 and it was valid until 2020 . After that it was auto extending when uscis asked us to reregister on august 2023 and again extended till 2025 to re register .

@sajhabus create online account and try to add the case with IOE number, request for new online access code (one of my coworker got within 2 days, it says upto 10 days in the website), added the case and downloaded the I797 from the online account.

This is concerning @sexy-in-sari. my last card was approved long time ago and since then I have moved multiple times. I get USCIS correspondences in my new address, which should mean USCIS would send the new doc in my new address? But I heard here from some people that their doc was posted online in last approved EAD application page. That definitely is concerning and seeds doubt in my mind if they sent it on my old address. Where did you copy this from? Mind posting the link? I am interested on the email at the bottom.

@apunge Try adding a case in your account by using the IOE number. You will be asked to provide online access code. You will need to request a new code since the online access code expires within a month or so. You should get it mailed to you within a week. You should also be able to provide them with USCIS notice on Nepal TPS page.

I tried adding old EAD case just to see if the new document is available there, I cannot add it. Weirdly, it says the case is linked to another account.

No I am not able to view my TPS cases online. I created a USCIS online account fairly recently, so it doesn't list my TPS cases. It won't let me add it either saying it's already associated with a different account. I created a new online account and tried to add my TPS EAD case to it but I need a new access code to do so.

Hey guys they sent mine to my old address where the old EAD was sent in 2018. When I called USCIS they emphatically denied sending anything to that address even when providing the old EAD case no and said any communication would be sent to my current address. @sajhabus, at least you know yours is coming.

Also after applying for re-registration i got receipt mail in my new address, i believe it should be updated in uscis but i doubt it, this is very frustrating

Thanks Rosa1234, I did too but fortunately I am in the same town so went to knock my old door just in case. I sent you a dm. I also had same situation wrt USCIS communication in current address but they still sent it to my old address. They chose last EAD mailing address to send the doc (faulty algo AND/OR in a hurry I guess). I had not filed a change of address form before (as there was no need), that may have made a difference but I am not sure.

Try applying for expedite processing of your EAD just in case you don't get hold of the notice. It does require evidence and cover letter (hand written for better impact apparently). Evidence of severe financial loss could include loss of jobs etc. I had applied for the same and just got email saying they will expedite.

@rosa apparently uscis sent the letter to my old address but since its been a while since i moved, usps automatically returned it to uscis. upon calling uscis, they deny having received anything back. also, the date on it was june 18, so the uscis agents were bullshitting me when they said it was sent on june 24. Their email relay is a sus. Anyway, I did not write handwritten cover letter eventhough one USCIS agent had suggested that. My evidences included, email saying I will be placed in unpaid leave which will last for 30 days before de-boarding, and couple of other correspondence of similar nature with i-9 team.
