But as usual, In this kind of scenario, basically your lawyer will file ICE Form I-246 Application For a Stay of Deportation or Removal.
In this form, you will see a Length of stay requested for a year, six months, or three months. So lesser the length of stay, your approval rating is higher for this application.
Most important is Reason(s) for Requesting a Stay of Deportation and Removal:
COVID-19 situation in Kathmandu.
Get a letter from the Nepalese Embassy in Washington DC, that how dangerous for Nepalese to be in Nepal.
