Hi, got rejected from H1B. But I am in TPS/OPT, is it possible to apply direct green card using TPS if my company is willing to sponsor? Any advice will be appreciated.

Yes, your company can file you GC if ur company or consultancy is willing to sponsor. I have few friends who got GC from TPS.

Thanks for the info, I'll definitely do that. By any chance, do you happen to know whats the timeperiod of GC for Nepal if it gets approved? Heard that its not like India and China
