I want to sell it because I have a full time job and am busy with multiple projects. It was an investment--plan was to open (saw a need--I have lived in this location for 12 years +), make it successful, and then sell it in 3 years. It is that time. :) It is clean, because we have kept it clean. Our team members work hard to maintain a quality environment. Our tag line is: Clean. Friendly.
