Hi friends, i got an email from my lawyer with receipt No. from USCIS on April 14th. Since then i am checking my case status on their web page daily. It keep saying my case was not found. My case was filed under Premium Processing so it was supposed to be 15 days processing time. My lawyer is saying it is an acceptance error from USCIS and there are so many cases like this.My employer said they have not cash the check either. Does this means my hope of getting approved is gone? your inputs will be highly appreciated. Thank You Ecosaver

Why don't you just call USCIS and talk to someone. Explain your situation. They will help you out.

I don't think. You can not rely on USCIS website to check your status as they don't update their website frequently specially in premium processing case. However they should have cashed your check which is kind of suspicious. I would suggest you to talk to USCIS or ask this question in Trackitt.com. I am sure someone will be willing to help you out in that website. Good luck!
