May be this..just may be: "I have a room available in my apartment for someone who likes kids and is looking to live as a family member. You'll contribute only 50% of the rent if you can help us. We have a four year old kid who needs help taken care and dropped off at school twice a week. You can contribute only $100 for groceries. Free internet and utilities. If interested, bla bla bla..."

I wanna make correction on the abovepost there is grandma taking care of the baby she doesn't have to take care everytime. Grandma doesn't know how to drive that's it. This post may seem awakward to those who already have family and lives in appartment but for those who is single and wants to save money. It will be totally a familial environment. This is a serious need not a joke. Please don't spend your time posting unnecessory comment . I wanna help somebody and expected to get little help in return.

Wow, you do this to save the money? Not that because you don't have enough money, right? You may have good motives, but you seems to be so ignorant asking for such a thing to "SAVE little money". Looks like you do not socialize that often outside. Reach out other people around you and think what other people think and where you stand. This is not Nepal. Besides preference for female, I wont be surprised if you have preference for particular age, cast, family background etc.

Okay, I think we are going a little overboard. He is asking for a room-mate who doesn't have to pay for utilities etc. In return he is asking for the roomie to drop his kids off. I personally wouldn't take this offer, if I am paying half the rent why am I obligated to do any of your work as a condition? But I am not forced to accept this offer, right? It is a little tough proposition, but it is not completely out of whack and nobody is forced to take upon the request. Let's be reasonable on the criticism guys; some of us are being a little too harsh.

I am assuming that you are living in atleast a three bedroom apartment ( since there's a grandma and u still have a spare room for rental).  So, ok, basically you want a roommate who will use only one bedroom and pay half of the rent for three bedroom apartment?    And in addition, that person has to provide some extra service for driving ur kid to school or whatever to you?  For what?  to save some bucks on utilities and internet?  Since there are already four ppl in your family, it's obvious that most of the utilities gonna be consumed by your family.  So here, the actual deal your roommate is getting is to save few bucks on the internet.  But, who is going to pay for gas on your kid's school trip?  I don't think you will compensate for that. Even if you want to, it'll not be practical to calculate it. I don't see any monetary gain your roommate can have. However, s/he will gain a lot of headaches for dealing with four ppl and will lose his/her all privacy.  So, actually in this deal, YOU are the one who'll enjoy all the benefits and your roommate will pay more than necessary to become your driver for the kid.  I must say you are a very good business man !!

 what the heck is wrong with this admin??? how and on what basis did you delete my posting?? if people here on sajha would not like what i said, they would easily flag me down and my post would automatically be deleted. what did the admin have to intervene?????? there have been many hate comments and poasting here on sajha and admin did not have balls to do anything but they were very prompt to delete my post on this thread when my reasons make sense???? wait a minute.............. i dont think its the admin, i think its the original poster who deleted my posting and wrote "deleted by admin" come on admin i need to know whether it was deleted by you or the original poster. sajha is a democratic forum and LET PEOPLE VOTE/FLAG INAPPROPRIATE POSTING................ This is the kind of mob mentality that I hate about sajha. A bunch of self righteous anonymous fools trying to impose their sense of righteousness on another person, whose identity has also been found out.  the OP is trying to give what he thinks is an opportunity to someone but the mob is acting as if he is asking for a pound of flesh. The interesting thing is that noone would comment like that using their real identity like facebook.  We are free to express our opinion but it's not right to gang up on someone and bad mouth him just because he does not think the same way the general population does. This is how ethnic cleansing starts.

 Living with somebody's family ,helping them ,paying 100$ on grocery is different thing ...paying 50% of their rent is a big thing i guess... oh i will tell you ..if it was on facebook u would get lot more answer than this...I don't think anybody badmouthing ..it's just the deal is ripp off...period.
