I know this kind of discussion will never end. But just a small message for khoi_k_khoi_k, when I wrote 'bajraswathharu' I was pointing towards 'ratoragat' who thinks whoever doesn't support this protest is 'budhi bhayekaharu'. 

I don't have any respect for Baburam Bhattarai's PhD, I don't have any expectation that he will do some miracles, I don't support their effort to give amnesty to all those war criminals. But I do have some respect for prime minister of my country and I do have some respect for people's verdict, their votes. 

Before fighting in NY and Washington DC for and against Maoist, please first respect Nepalese identity. What is the border recognition of Nepal? Someone in Raptipari, someone in Jumla, someone who is working in Gulf, someone who is refugee in Europe, someone who is working labor in India, who is standing in front of the door in India, someone who has been sold for red-light area, someone working for NASA, someone like me who are forever student in USA, someone who is not working and someone who is working. So be patient, people who are looking sajha are about 40,000 but there is another rest of the world of Nepali. So, even supporting outside NY and chanting slogans outside NY has symbolic meaning but there is no relationship between Nepali who are sold in red-light area in India and Gulf.

So, who is Baburam, how can be a raw agent, how can he kill Nepali, should he become our prime minister of Nepal. Ask this question to every Nepali. Definitely, these wolves either in the name of Baburam or in the name of Khum Bahadur, they killed Nepali in one way to other. Either in the name of Girija or in the name of Pracanda, they killed Nepali everywhere. But then what is the solution now, Gyanendra had taken power who himself is another criminal. So, we are brave because we don't use our mind, that is why we are congress, UML, Maoist, Rajabadi, Parashbadi, Taraibadi. We are not Nepali, we are some badi, we had bad lens in our eyes and we had bad blood in our body. The people who think they are in USA are educated, literate and modern, why should to support Maoist but the people who are poor and pakhe then support Maoist. The problem is our culture, we need something for and against, it is not the leaders but it is our blood that needs for and against.

Question above were raised that we are becoming Sikkim and Baburam is agent of RAW. First question, are we independent nation?  If yes, please be independent with good relationship with India and China. Just try to become independent by stop selling our sisters in red-light area and call the bahadurs from India. Independence start from there, independence start from the prosperous society, even if you hate India or China or USA or anything, without prosperous society, you will get this kind of independence where Nepali is poorest country in the world. So, please think cool in broader picture and act like human, respect others dignity, if you can’t give solution, do not give problems.

This man needs to be taken up to the international court and prosecuted under the international human rights laws..he has violated the basic right to live of so many people. How can this man participate in UN or be in the US. Our country has been ashamed by being represented by him.

We denounce his UN participation as well as his representation of a peaceful country Nepal.

Therefore, without the fear of YCL, for the first time, those of us in the US, must be there on Saturday.

This culprit must be exposed to the world. He is a terrorist.

Be there my Nepalis brothers and sisters. If not for the democracy and future of Nepal from this Maoist..but for the deaths of all those innocent killed by this man's decisions.

Well said GT but i don't agree with you for few things ...... i will only respect who were voted through fair process but things seems to be little different . It feels like votes were bought by giving away something .

भट्टराईलाई भोट दिने तीन नेतालाई अनधिकृतरुपमा गाडी सुविधा

काठमाडौं, आश्विन ६ - सरकारले संसद्का पदाधिकारी र सदस्यहरूको सुविधासम्बन्धी ऐनको व्यवस्थाविपरीत थप तीन दलका नेतालाई गाडी सुविधा दिन लागेको छ ।

मन्त्रिपरिषद्ले निर्णय गरी मधेसी जनअधिकार फोरमका सचेतक जयराम यादव, समाजवादी प्रजातान्त्रिक जनता पार्टीका नेता प्रेमबहादुर सिंह र संघीय लोकतान्त्रिक राष्ट्रिय मञ्चकी सभासद रुक्मिणी चौधरीलाई गाडी सुविधा दिन लागेको हो ।

उनीहरूले साताभित्रै गाडी पाउनेछन् । गाडीसहित इन्धन र मर्मत खर्चसमेत सरकारले बेहोर्नेछ ।

माओवादी नेता बाबुराम भट्टराईलाई प्रधानमन्त्री निर्वाचनमा मत हालेकाले उनीहरूलाई गाडी दिन लागिएको दाबी स्रोतले गर्‍यो । संंसद्का पदाधिकारी र सदस्यको सुविधासम्बन्धी ऐनमा प्रमुख सत्तारूढ दल माओवादीको प्रमुख सचेतक र सचेतक तथा र प्रमुख विपक्षी दल कांग्रेसका नेता, मुख्य सचेतक र सचेतकलाई मात्र गाडी सुविधा दिने व्यवस्था छ ।

थप तीन दलका नेताले गाडी सुविधा पाएपछि संविधानसभामा प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने ३१ मध्ये सबैजसो दलका नेता या सचेतकले अनधिकृत रूपमा गाडी सुविधा पाउनेछन्, यसअघि नै अनधिकृत रूपमा विभिन्न दलका नेता र सचेतकलाई गरेर तीन दर्जनभन्दा बढी गाडी दिइसकिएको छ । गाडी सुविधा पाउनेमा एक जना मात्र सभासद भएका दलका नेता समेत छन् ।

'मन्त्रिपरिषद्को निर्णयका नाममा अनधिकृत रूपमा गाडी सुविधा दिनु राज्यको ढुकुटीको दुरुपयोग हो । यसबाट संंसद्का पदाधिकारी र सदस्यको सुविधासम्बन्धी ऐनको उल्लंघन भएको छ,' संसद्का एक अधिकारीले भने ।

माओवादी अध्यक्ष पुष्पकमल दाहाल प्रधानमन्त्री हुँदा संविधानसभामा प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने सबै दलका नेता या सचेतकलाई गाडी सुविधा दिने निर्णय भएको हो । दाहालको पालामा यो निर्णयका नाममा आफ्नो सरकारका सहयोगी दलका नेता या सचेतकलाई मात्र गाडी दिए । त्यसपछिका प्रधानमन्त्री माधव नेपालले पनि आफ्नो सरकारलाई सहयोग गर्ने थप साना दलका नेता या सचेतकलाई गाडी दिए । भट्टराईको पालामा पनि त्यही प्रवृत्तिलाई पुनरावृत्ति दिँदै आफ्नो सरकारको समर्थन गरेका तीन दलका नेता या सचेतकलाई गाडी दिएका हुन् ।
