Guys,
Premier League is starting next week. Lets have a discussion about EPL and what do you guys think about who will win this season or how will your favorite teams gonna perform.
Last year, Leicester City winning the league might be a biggest feat any underdogs will have achieved in our lifetime. They surprised everyone and I really don't know how they gonna perform this season.
But the biggest attraction for me is to see how Pep and Mourinho gonna do with their teams. Pep's Manchester city has added multiple attacking threats to their teams. With Agüero, Silva, KDB, Sterling, Nolito and Gundogan, their attacking looks immense. With exciting new signing of Leroy Sané and Gabriel Jesus, Pep is building a team for decades to come. But I personally think, they still got to do some defensive improvements. Kompany is getting injured constantly now. Zabaleta and Sagna are into their early and mid-thirties. Otamendi was okay last year(not quite sure about his strengths). Main question mark would be on Joe Hart, their no.1 goal keeper as his error cost England their dream of Euro 2016.
But shrewd Pep might take his team to glory.

Talking about Manchester United, people who follow club soccer/football must be familiar with Mourinho's success. Sacking FA Cup winner-LVG and appointing Chelsea sacked Manager Jose Mourinho was a big decision for Manchester United Board. But given the ornamented resume of Mourinho and desperation of Manchester United to land a Premier League title post Ferguson era, this decision could prove to be in favor of United. Mourinho has a history of success in short time and that is exactly what United are currently looking for. After the utter failure of Moyes, appointment of LVG was a hope. But still after spending hundreds of millions of dollars, fans were unhappy of United's performance and being unable to qualify for Champions league put final nail in LVG's sacking coffin. :(
But with Mourinho, United were able to attract players like Zlatan and Mikhitaryan. Also, it is almost evident that Manchester United would break world record of most expensive player transfer in the history of sports by signing Paul Pogba from Juventus for the more that 100 million pound. They are supposed to announce early next week. So with all this signing and given Mourninhos track record United are also looking stronger.
For me the top 4 would be:
1. Manchester City: They have great attackers and goal scorers.
2. Manchester Untied: Mou is a winner but they genuinely lack goal scorers.
3. Arsenal: Given their history
4. Liverpool: I am not underrating Klopp.
5. Chelsea/Tottenham: Konte and Spurs are other things I am excited about.

P.S. I am Manchester United fan.
What do you guys think?

@atomic - Did I hurt your feelings again? I am sorry if I did. Again, I did not say United will be champion. I don't know how many times will it take to make you understand that. I just said they will be in top 3. Tei bhayera maile bhaneko you seem to be a very emotional man who does not think logically. Aba maile eutai kura kati repeat garnu. Ani bachha bachhi le jastai "poor cry baby" bhanera taunt garne sanga argument garera kaam nai chaina. What are you? Thirteen?

@collegefootballrocks le feri Pogba ta average bhayo bhayo...aba huda huda Ronaldo and Muller pani below average hune predict gardeko cha. LOL aba yo dekhe pachi maile aru kehi bhannu nai pardaina. Any person with little bit of football knowledge will know what I mean. I mean we all love our clubs and want our players to be the best in the world. But euta fact bhanne kura ni huncha ni. I don't like man city at all but I think they will win the title this season. Otherwise I would have said United will definitely win it all. I am just being logical here because City has good squad overall. There is no shame in admitting the fact.

Dear Atomic,
You are right about one thing, "simply spending money doesnot make your team champion". I totally agree with you on this. But other than that, it just seems like you are the one who is crying like baby.
First, ManUtd won FA cup last season.
Second, Incognitomode had clearly mentioned multiple times that Man City are favorite to win PL against Man Utd.
Nobody is saying Pogba will win Man Utd trophies this year. He is not a goal scoring machine like Ronaldo, Suarez or Messi. You might know he plays in mid-field. He is best suited as left attacking midfield. Than you might ask why pay record amount of money??
Its not just us, many have this question.
I think following are some of reasons for his value:
1. He is young(23), strong, fast with good height and dribbling ability. Since he plays in mid-field he can perform for his club for 10 years.
2. Even though he does not score goals, he has top goal assist in Italian League last year and had eight goals for Juventus.
3. His physical strengths/appearance plus Manchester Utd brand value would make him extremely marketable. He has a deal with Adidas and Adidas has a deal with ManUtd(not sure if this has anything to do with this transfer)
Is he worth the value? May be or may not be. Time will tell. But I think, it is a calculated risk ManUtd have taken which will fully or partially pay them back. Moreover, it is a statement that Utd board is trying to make that they are not an underdogs against Real Madrid, Barca and Bayern when it comes to chose destination for world's top talents.

Keta ho, Pogba is way way overrated...risaye risaau khusaye khusaau....dekhya kuro bhanne ho...

@ incognito bro, ho k trust me, Muller ta last year dekhi nai khaskisakyo game, Ronaldo pani 30 goals bhanda handaina bro you season , which is below average for player pool like him...

I appreciate you saying Man City might lift the cup despite being the Man U supporter, whatever you thought you said....for me, whatever i am thinking, i am saying is "Man U will not make it to Champions League next season"..This is also a fact bro whether you admit it or not...ani ghari ghari football knowledge bhanchhau bro, testaa hawaa kura chai nagara...ko sanga kati knowledge chha sajha ma bakwaas kura garera dekhauna parchha ra???

Lol FA cup! My ass!!! Now they claiming as if they won champions league !!! Why only focusing on Pogba I already told you Guys , if so Keep an eye on Musa of Leicester City, he is going to be real underdog and This club is gonna play fine as earlier they did. Chelsea gonna hit back too, other teams I have seen is obviously Man City and Liverpool , followed by Arsenal. So what I'm saying is Man Utd is just not the ONE. You guys just keep bugging on it, you all being logical do not make in real here.

@collegefootball - Bro yaha rishaune kurai chaina kohi pani. Everyone has their own opinion. You think United will be below top four and I think they will be in top three. Muller and Ronaldo ko kura maa chai I agree they are not young anymore but they are still highly skilled players. I think they might not be as effective as they were before but you said they will be below average players. Now I dont know what is "below average" for you but for me below average is someone who plays in MLS compared to European leagues. And I really don't think they will be that bad this season.

Anyway, we will all see at the end of the season who got it right. But one thing is for sure, Premier league is gonna be really exciting to watch.
