I don't know about the best but Dallas is definately the worst place to live in. It's full of "Majdur", narrow minded Nepalese.

San Diego, CA, is the best place to live in the US. lots of high tech jobs, engineering, biotech jobs! nice and small nepali community of 120-150 people. sun, sun, sun all the time. beaches. and TJ if you are looking for cheaper ones. go and visit!
