Just 2 more weeks, Sept 1, we will start the college footbal  for this year. As always we are having a contest. The last year winners got T-shirts from Sajha. We will have gifts for this year to for 2 winners. 

The schedule will be updated after AP poll is released tomorrow. Because it is just impossible or at least not practical to list all games. So, we will focus on AP poll until the BCS poll is out.

About preseason Ranking:

I simple hate it, does not make any sense to see the ranks of team based on hype.

Who will be the winner?

Let's see until 2-3 weeks...I am heaaring a lot of buzzs about OU but I don't think SEC will remain silent (What about Georgia?). Do you think some team from preseason top10 or Auburn ( I mean team on 20's as it happened last year)?

Indeed college football is almost here and its time to get excited. As you pointed out, the best game for the opening weekend will be LSU/Oregon at Dallas. That game already has national championship chances on the line. Goergia and Boise should be a good one as well. That one is bound to test Boise especially after Kellen Moorre lost his 2 great receivers this year. 

I am also surprised that the so called " analysts" totally neglecting Oregon in their preseason rankings. Oregon will be a team to beat in Pac12 for sure if they get past LSU.

OU is overhyped and will choke at some point like they did last year against Missouri.

Florida State is a team to watch in my opinion.

How will Stanford fare without Jim Harbaugh will be interesting to watch.

Will there be a SEC team again in Natty? Auburn has huge shoes to fill and life after Cam might be tough for them this year.

What do you think of Miami Hurricane's fate?

Nepali_American, SMU is awesome team, best of luck beating Texas AM as they have distractions (bidding to SEC). PRobably if Miami gets death penalty, it can see SMU in 20 yrs run...

sparrow, What an awesome way to start College football, national championship game in the first day.hey wait, Did jordan jefferson got into fight and may be banned...(anyway doesnot matter, probably LSU will see better quaterback)

BSU/Georgia is must win for gerogia..to save mark richt, and keep up the hope. and a proving game for Boise...it can say we, can beat anybody in any conference (except Nevada)

Miami...I don't want to even talk about them now..........

For OU its tougher to saty @ no 1 as Fl. satte and Oklahoma state can do anything....

 Oregon vs LSU game would be a good one. I  think LSU will go past easily with Oregon as Ducks don't have any idea how to face or tackle SEC defence (and LSU is # 1 in SEC defence). However, LSU has to face some serious teams, Alabama, the most danerous team this season. I dont think Florida or Auburn could bean LSU in Tiger Stadium but LSU is  a team who might lose with teams like Miss. State, Ole miss, Arkansas. So, My prediction is Winner of LSU/Alabama vs Oklahoma/Texas will play the national championship, although a long way to go.

Hell Ya . You know its time for another college football Season.

 Its more likely that 2 important players from LSU will miss the season, one being quarterback, Jordan Jefferson and the other being athelete, Russel Shepherd. Lets see how LSU performs versus Oregon!

Let's go WVU Mountaineers!!!  New head coach Dana Holgorsen with QB Geno Smith will suprise everyone this year....

No 3 vs No 4 is not considered an upset, or at least in my opinion. I think DUCKS will fly, and TIGERS will be watching them from ground. With Thomas and James still in the game, and the first game of the season Oregan will have at least 150-200 rushing yards aganist LSU.
There is no way no 19 G will beat No 5 Boise, especially with Kellen Moore as their QB. that guy is a genioues with throw and accuracy. Look his stats from last three years, and he decided to stay one more year in college. This guy is after something, and that is for Hesieman..........Watch him out...

I believe Oregon will beat LSU on opening and Boise will Georgia.
This latest fiasco with LSU is a downer. anything special happened at Georgia this off-season to hope high Shivnagar?
I am all excited to see how Gators and Longhorns play this season.
