No..Nothing..when i start computer...seems like going to log in...but all of sudden started log off..

The way it sounds, you probably would need a fresh OS install.

i have OS but does not read(start) .I tried that..

Do Last known good configuration if its windows XP

what OS do you have, if its XP, boot in a safe mode and try to restore to earlier date. This might fix the problem, if not.. kick it two times.. then lift it and throw out of ure windows...

or reconsider installing windows again

Like someone pointed out before, I think you may first want to boot the computer in the safe mode and see if it logs you in. If that doesn't work, I think, the only option is to reinstall the OS. If the CD doesn't run, then you need to get the CD drive fixed.

I think this is also virus problem.i tried to install the OS..tried to run but stop again...you know what i mean,safe mode ma gaya pani computer log in nai hudaina..CD drive ta thikai chha..Last known good configuration pani gare....nothing works.....any more try!!??

Hmm, one of the reasons could also be the faulty power supply. You may want to check on that, too. Not necessarily the primary connection between the power and the computer, but could be within the computer itself.

how should i save the my all documents when if i format HD? but i don't know how do i format?

Method 1.
Try Getting ubuntu live cd. Boot it and you can use ubuntu without actually
installing any OS. Go to your hard drive and use some external drive to save
your data. I am not exactly sure whether you will be able to reach window partition
with live cd but i dont see why not so give it a try.

If it doesnt work try method 2
Method 2.
Risk installing ubuntu trusting partition manager of ubuntu. But there is serious chance
your data will get lost.

If you dont want to take any risk but are willing to do some extra work,
Method 3.
Take your hard drive out of your computer and hook it into somebody elses computer
or your extra computer and back up your data.

The computer necessarily needn't be logged on to instal the OS. Boot the computer and insert the CD. If it doesn't run right away, shut it down when the CD is still there. When you again boot it again, it should run.
