democracy is the best way to govern any community, country or a group of countries. At this point of civilization and knowledge, we all should be aware that every one is right and each one of us is different than others, and you know what you want in your life. Every one of us have the right to say and do what we want.
Probably you don't want some one to cut-off your cell phone service, cables, screen names, internet access, electricity, water supply with out your prior notice. you must not like some one else to lock you in a room with out your knowledge.
Every one might ask the question. what did we get from a decade of democracy? Social change is a slow process, and democracy takes time to flourish.

The royal massacre of jesth 21 and the recent coup is the result of a person having excess power. To counter that democracy must be made stronger in nepal. Monarch might bring temporary peace to Nepal but eventually it will be a chaos. In democracy, there will be chaos till the threshold but eventually peace and economic prosperity will come. that is how the world history is made.
Yeti bela Nepali ukhan, aghi ko tito pachi ko mitho, makes meaning.

But the most dissappointing thing is, all this happened during our life time and we have to face it.

its a crutial time for nepal and whole nepali leaving in nepal or abroad...i better think what king has acted is what he needed to save our motherland...we had only lallu primeministers and politiciens...politician with no qualities are in the cabinet and we have seen the what they have made such beautiful country nepal...so now the only hope we have with the present king and lets hope for the better of our country...when country gets better we get better automatically....there is no law in nepal as it seems like...so i hope now the king will maintain law and order and every people will get the justice and peace...no matter who we are, we must all respect the law of the land where we live and law should be that strong which should punish anyone who violets the law...i hope king ganandra will do something on this field...as we compare our country with usa, i felt we dont have a law in our country...which is no good for any nation....finally, i m not involve in any poitics so far, i m nutral but always seek peace, love and growth of my country nepal...
lets wish we gain peace like once we had and was the example of peaceful country on this earth...
my best wishes to the every single nepali who is now directly or indirectly helping maintaining peace on our beloved motherland NEPAL...

thank u..

O ho babajeeeeeeee, jadau gare hai, I mean aru lai pani,
Democracy, ghanta ko democrady ni, 12 barsa ko democracy ma k bho ? G*da bho. Democravy is all bull shit in our country. It nearly been 10 years of Maoist Insergency in nepal, democracy le k garyo ? Baal garyo. Hamro nepal ma chahine chai aba, Autocracy i mean purai army command until all the Netaas gets deciplined. There is no decipline, na ta Janata ma cha, na ta Raja ma cha, na ta Netaa ma cha, na ta maobadi ma cha. Kosai ma pani chaina. I mean there is no base for development. Guys its 21st century and if u read history we are in the situation where England was in 1800s. Guys there is literally nothing that can be done. Most of the intelligent people in Sajha are living in USA. Democracy should be handed over to the competient people not to the a$$ holes like Girija, Makune, and others. There are some intelligent people here but most of the neetas are azzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz holes and are completely useless.

jati jati lekhdai gayo teti teti gaali matra garna maan laagcha tyo M*ji Neeta haru lai, so let me stop here.

Waiting to take the heat from the Democracy supporter sajha people.

Jai Nepal

k, fine. let's see. one by one. bring it on.

1. so many leaders were inept.
It was a democracy dammit. What the hell were you looking at if you did not like these leaders. What did you do to remove them from power? Instead, you (like me, I am not exonerating myself) just looked up to the leaders and decided that they are powerful and surrendered. Where did that mentality of surrender come from? From our heritage of Hukumi Rana Sashan and Pachayati "parjatantra". If you are disgruntled, speak yo! Well, it's no use now. Next time a journalist comes around and asks you about how you feel about the king, say something nice about the king and you get printed - say something critical, end up in jail. Hey, at least you guys could complain about the leaders, now let me see who complains about the current rulers.

2. leaders were corrupt
And now, the greatest, most corrupt person and institution has taken over power. Just pause to think one moment, just one moment. Where did the king get all his money? Where? Was it not sucked from the people? Oh, he inherited it, huh? What about the people who left it for him. Oh, you say he is a shrewd businessman. Shrewd, my ass. Yeah, if you had such influence over state machinery, you would be a shrewd businessman too. Sadak Bibhag would layer and re-layer the road from airport to Soaltee and ignore the need to build roads in the West. Right, things like that add up. Ok, I will not go into it that personally. Maybe he is a good businessman. But just look at him now. Look how much of your and my money he enjoys. And you say the PM's looted Nepal. Look, the real BIG looter has the reins now.

3. democracy was a failure
I can answer this in four words: YOU were the failure. You there is all of us, btw. it was our system and we failed to hug it, make it our own. we should have woken up from our slumber and taken the streets to protest everything that we did not like: corrupt politicians, maoists, bandhs, tord-ford, whatever, you name it. Wasn't it our responsiblity to take care of the system? Cause, unlike now, WE participated in that system. WE are very good at avoiding responsibility. And we say, we need a good leader. Well, we'll see what our godly leader will do.

4. about last 14 years was miserable
No, it was not. Perhaps, you were the lucky few who did not have of their relatives taken away by the state machinery during the Panchayat time for nothing. Perhaps, you did not have to go to jail for no other reason than having less influence in the police ranks than your biggest competitor. Fock that, I don't need to list all of that. And that is happening again. The great purge. 30 years was good? Yeah, because nobody said it was bad. It's like reading the newspapers today in Kathmandu today and deciding, hmmm, the king's move is supported by everyone. At least, no one, not one single soul opposes it. Nice conclusion, indeed.

5. king thought about us and so he took this step
That is the most bull there can ever be. Look, he always hinted that he was not going to be "a passive monarch". What does that mean? That he is going to actively rule OVER us? LORD OVER us? Hahaha. What a joke. Anyways, don't you see, the reason he took this step is to protect his own ass. If tomorrow, the Maoists strike a "compromise" with him, he will accept it. He is in it to save himself, not his 27 million parja.

Ok, any more questions? You democracy haters, bring it on, bring it on. i am just getting started.

Well Well what every any one say. Democracy is not for country like nepal who has more than 50% illeterate people. And even so called literate who cannot think well.

Go for monarchy for a while coz here is someone is going to decide whats good for who need guidance.

Democracy in nepal was like bigreko gunda. Who doesn't know what needs to be done and what are not supposed to be said and done.

We do deserve democracy,
But not in the condition we are right now.

Democracy:
Means People ruling the people instead of some supreme power. This needs capable people who know how to rule and rule well. But our country doesn't seem to have any eligible leader who can handle this thing. All are so called leaders are after something else than what they are supposed to do.

If king's going to return Democracy in 3 years. Cheers for the king. I wish him all the best to bring peace in nepal and once again make it Most Peaceful Country In the World.

pyaj. you contradict. if democracy is peopel rule people, why are we arguing about not having leaders? we have people, don't we? and again, with strong leaders, when and how are we ever going to produce "eligible" leaders?

Democracy....

Why king has to put down the pm ... if he is sooo determined to bring peace to the country... can`t he do by being vertical column for the prime minister deuba. He sacked the total democracy ... and message was clear by even putting down all the media, telephoneline and means of communication ... so the message is clear...

Its just not only for bringing peace... if it has been then he could have assisted from Nepathya... Are we still being fooled by seeing King as the God.... or Are we still thinking that he is Saviour?

My point is if you want to make the system better you will punish bad guys... but here we are seeing that entire system is being terminated. And we just because of few asshole leaders, are going back to give up the democracy... for which people united after decades..

Now what are we again going to do ... bend and keep silence again...saying Big G jindabad... and how long we are going to say it .... for another century again ... are we ready for that
