Hi All,

Saathi haru afu le TPS batein GC sama ko process ko barein share gari dinu paryu (TimieLine)

PWD & Advertisiemnt process is completed and PERM is also completed recently (EB3).

Before I am F1 status and then switch to TPS status. I have never been to Out of status.

Abha I140 and I485 concurently file garna lage ko chu. It is better to file sperately or combine and How long it will take time to approve for both application. During filing I have to be aware of any documents or situation.

Since TPS is going to terminate next year June24,2019. It would be very tight schedule.

Saathi haru le afnu recent experience share gari dinu paryu

Thank you

Plenty of time until June 2019 since you already completed perm. Why not do premium processing for I-140. you will get decision within 15 calendar days.

@bakakallu
I would recommend you to file concurrently. Concurrent filing I-485 and I-140 goes parallel in case of normal processing. Either way I-485 processing time is 7-15 months regardless of I-140 pending/approved so why waste $1225 for premium processing. Concurrent filing (I-140, I-485, I-765, I-131) immediately brings you back to status once you get the I-485 receipt number. You have already TPS-EAD and after 90-120 days you will receive your combo GC EAD + Travel Document regardless of I-140 pending/approved. Another advantage of concurrent filing is you will save time between I-140 decision and I-485 filing because these days nothing is guarantee about 15 days decision in premium processing. I have heard people waiting for >45 days for I-140 decision who filed in premium processing. You might have heard if i-485 is pending for more than 180 days then you can work for any employer for similar roles and responsibilities so your goal should be to reach at that point asap.

File I140 in PP. Sathi, yeti tada aisakyau, 1235 ko anhuar nahera.. khurukka PP gara. Benefi: You would know early about what is going to happen to your entire process. I140 approval means, u can't switch employer after six months of I485 receival. Nowadays it takes more than 8 months for regular processing of I140. Do u really want to wait that long yo know your fait? PP gara . Approval Liu, dhukka house. I have followed these cycles for many years. I have seldom heard of I485 getting denied after I140 is approved. But I know numerous case where I140 was denied.

There is no priority date( EB3) for September dude. All u need to do is file separately, go with i 140 premium processing and and then go for i 485.

My employer going to file I140 and I485 concurrently in Oct or Nov . After September there will no REF...it will be approved or denied. Its better to file regular process. Everyone thanks for your suggestion.

Anyone who has file their GC through TPS (Only TPS Status)... could you share your timeline and experience. Thanks.

small company non IT, I 140 stuck for last 3 months filed premium, RFE and now NOID regarding company tax issue.
Don't know how big is your company but if you have less than 100 employes would suggest file I 140 first and have peace of mind.

I am still waiting for Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) reply, restless.

Namaste! Ma StatusPidit. I am very thankful to bakakallu mitra for creating this thread.

Ma ni same boat maa ho. EB2 haalya. PERM maa cha. Hopefully, kunai issue bina nai clear huncha hola. Fingers crossed!! Then, I will ask my company to spend $1,225 or something like that to expedite I-140 and 485. My question is, since TPS is expiring soon, can I also apply for a temporary work permit if my PERM/140 gets approved?

Thanks!!

@Sajhamember101
Next steps will be to file I-140 and I-485 together . You have to ask your lawyer start your process asap since TPS is going expired June 24 2019. It will take 6 or more months . And also consult with your lawyer filing premium or regular process for I-140. I am not sure about the document.
