The first link is the book 8th International Edition DjVu format, Second link is for downloading the book reader.
Select installer for what ever OS you use. Once you install the reader, right click the first fie and click open with then select djvu reader. Once the book is open you can convert it to pdf. Click file and then export as:
Hope your university provides free printing.

There is no digital edition for this book, so the new edition isnt available anywhere online. Its a huge ass book, so dont expect it to get it free any time soon. If its a refrence kind of book, use this one for now and when the semester ends, your classmates will definitely be selling it  . Most of the content should be the same. Check with your peers on that. Only the questions will be different numbered and units in SI instead of US pronably.

First Book: As per my Prof., either the third or the fourth edition of the (first) book can be used as there isn't much difference regarding the materials to be covered in the semester.
Second Book: "सुनमा सुगन्ध" It seems I am having a pretty good Fall semester.
