Nowadays the most of the songs that Nepali industry don't appeal to me - especially those hip-hop and r & B type. Instead of giving up listening to Nepali music completely, I have tunred to listening to oldies.Having searched and listened a few olides, I have to admit that oldies are not bad, though some of them don't even belong to my era.
Take a listen to this song, I am more than convinced that there more of this kind of gems so from today I am gone dig for more.
i absolutely hate nepalesed version of hip hop songs. why do they have to wear basketball dress, put tapes every where , wear locket and sing redicioulous songs. anyway apart from few songs hip hop is not my kind of music. i showed nepali hip hop songs to few khaires and they made so fun of it. when i showed them normal songs they all praised.

i agree with you, not alll of these new hip hop and R & B nepali songs are good. while i tend to appreciate the efforts they put in imitating the culture and tunes, i don't understand what stops them from embedding some originality.
hehe, guess what? when i am "really" angry, i tune into MJ's songs...some of them are good in venting out the anger hehe....like this one, if you have been cheated by your gf, then this is the best song to listen to in this planet ..hahahaheheh

i love that song too "give in to me". I listen to MJ when i feel low, there is sth about the dude's songs. gives me reasons to retaliate the odds of life and motivates me to carry on...hehe

i seriously feel that Aroz has a good voice. if he restrain himself from singing songs like "kati khep" i am sure he will make it a big one. i like songs which i can listen with my mom and say "mom, look at what our nepalese are upto, isn't this a great song?"
