can anyone suggest a good name for my unborn daughter, that should have nepali blend and should also be easy for 'quires' to pronounce, should not be very common, doesn't necessarily have to have meaning.

I think "Semina" would work. It has a Nepali touch and can also be pronounced easily.

Hope for the best.

Gargi: The only learned women from the court of King Janak. I chose this name for my daughter and after 2 years, my mom changed her name to bivuti because she is a Sai Baba's deciple.

Guys she already named her daughter. :)

Tisa sounds fine to me.

I have two wonderful names in mind, but those are for my lil ones, as and when they shall arrive, but i need four more chori ko naam and six chora ko naam.

By the way, do not bother suggesting "fooonney" names becasue i have a laudry list of those. Such as :

For daughters:
Dalli, bhunti, pokchu/pokchi, chyanti, bhugulli, nanu, golgappa etc. ;)

For sons:
Dalle, nepte, bhugulle, golgappa (unisex name), bhunte, pokche, ghante, pitho ko dallo, laddu etc.

Please post your suggestions after 5 years +. :)

Thank you.

IndisGuise:)

P.S: Do not bother sugesting what I should call my loving (hopefully :p) wife, becasue I just plan to add, "....ko ama" after my challa/challi haru;) hahahaha.

By now the naming ceremony should have been over, I wonder how come people are still trying to come up with names.
