I always said may be the objective was good but the path adopted was bad.In one of the thread "Terrorism" . We are covered and secured by the same constitution, then why is there such division in the leadership style. Indigenous communities or the Nepali people as a whole are taking none of theses decisions. A bunch of tyrants, who mostly belong to aristocratic and suppressive families, design, develop, decide and implement these policies. If we believe in democracy, every major decision should be decided by a referendum, where people’s voices are heard rather than regulated.

These maoists have been pretending to be fighting the war for the upliftment of the poor and downtrodden, but this apparently has not happened. All we've seen for the past 10 years is how the poor have become poorer and the destitute villagers are left with nothing besides moving into an already crammed Ktm. This desperate situation of poverty and impoverishment are the main causes for the rise in crime within the city...In my thinking, if all the side-effects of the Maoist war is taken into consideration, atleast a 100,000 casulaties could be reported (deaths by hunger/malnutrition, abortions due to rape, army and maosit killing, missing people, the same crimes by the Madhises in the Terai can be attributed to the Maoists and crimes commited by the desparate in Ktm). These Maoists have made the entire system topsy-turvy!!

Why should Himalayan Times employ these boys ? Will they have enough jobs for the whole day? Today's world, is about focusing biz only in specialized area, and other parts of biz is shared with others specialized in the area. The distribution job goes to distribution agency, so that the agency takes such jobs from other similar publishers, and make it profitable.
