They all start alleged. I am not saying that he does not deserve the presumption of innocence. He sure does but the act he is accused of committing is surely criminal. I see a lot people here cheering the criminal act along with the alleged.

Is there any doubt that the act itself is criminal? I fail to understand why people condone such acts.. Yes.. We should wait till Mr. Joshi has his day at the court to make any judgements about him personally.

Of course,  if he lied to the customer and pocketed the winning ticket himself then the act is criminal.

Lottery officials have already managed to recover $200,000 from his different bank account. So are you all still asleep in the flow of ignorance and choking to death happening soon or what? If he was not thief why would not he come forward to sue those people who withdrew $200,000 from his bank account or do you all think he is waiting dashain or tihar to be over or waiting for chaite dashain? RajuBrother: I don't see why you are so excited. Mr. Joshi is presumed innocent till proven guilty by the court of law. We all believe that he is a crook but that does not convict him. The guy needs have his day in the court and subsequenlty face the music.

What does that even prove? Absolutely nothing. Where are the facts? What are the winning numbers? What are relative's birthdates that willis says matches? But here is what I think. You have been crying for a while, not laughing but you think its going to have implications in your daily gas-station life in texas, where you will be forced to answer questions, and customers will always be suspicious if you are Nepali working in gas-station in predominately racist Texas. If you are that crybaby its time to wake-up and move where you do not have to be fearful just because one Nepali person did a fraud and it is impacting your life. Raj Rajaratnam, you might have heard was alleged for insider trading. Does that mean all the sri-lankans working in business should be fearful? So many indians are involved in consultancy scams and frauds, so according to you all the indians should be crying like you are? Just because Media and bunch of brainless people in Sajha start playing the
blame game does not Make Mr. Pankaj Joshi guilty. How the hell do they know he
lied to Mr.Willis---did Mr. Willis record the whole episode in his ass.  The owner might have been in fault as well—just
because he did not get his share now suddenly he in extra care to blame Pankaj
for his lottery fair.  If you talk about
what is illegal and what is legal—then all you ppl that work in gas station illegally
are equally guilty. By blaming him sooner or later the Texas immigration will
be in your doors knocking—now tell me who would be choking and who would you be

So let the fact come out before you haters start talking as if you know

Well, punkaj joshi is our kind of italian connection, God Father is considered on the greatest classics, why? cause i guess its fascination of human nature to try something daring, something where u could give some kind of challenge to the system, many bank robberies has happened and will happen just for the thrill of it, i guess, to know how it feels to be the public enemy no 1 !! I sincerely doubt it. Movies like scarface, 3000 miles to graceland, good fellas are the role model of this generation.
