Its the same furke. From last year they changed to I-512T. With advance parole u aint be admitted but paroled only . This is for everybody

The only difference is I-512T will get you admitted into TPS status and will be valid until the end of the current TPS term. where as I-512L will be only valid for one year.

@raj11 I would still upload a copy of the TPS approval you got previously, a passport copy, and a recent I-94 just to be on the safe side.

Well i didnt have to submit any documents or i94 , biometric photo etc and got approval in 2 weeks

To all: if you filed online, you can always attach additional documentation from your USCIS account in your application.

IT OBVIOUSLY WILL TAKE TIME . THATS WHY THEY GAVE US 25 MONTHS OF TIME TO RE-REGISTER FOR TPS .
