When applying applicant must submit the following:
- Completed application form
- Passport valid for travel to the United States and with a validity date at
least six months beyond the applicant’s intended period of stay in the United
States.
- One colored photograph
- A notice of approval, Form I-797
- MRV receipt (provided by the Bank)
- Citizenship card
The following documents are required at the time of interview:
- Approval Notice Form I-797 issued by the USCIS
- Evidence of Employment in the U.S. (e.g., Job letter, pay stubs
etc)
- Firm Registration Documents
- Tax documents, if any
- Prior visas/passports
- Academic records i.e., transcripts
- Any other relevant documents
- Firm registration documents in the U.S. (for L-1)
- Citizenship card
I'm mainly concerned about Firm Registration Documents . Now what is that? Do we need it?

- I did my MS in US ; I am working in US based company in USA; I went for H1B
stamping in Chennai consulate
The Visa officer just asked about the nature of
job thats all; then finger prints were taken and he said I will get my visa in 2
days
If u have F1 visa in ur passport H1B stamp is easier
