-No American channels showing Euro-Cup? No man, cant believe it. Here in Europe every single bar/coffee shop/restaurant shows LIVE matches, even on streets they put really big screen and people throng and shout with excitement, then of course beer in one hand.....!!! Amazing , american gives shit to soccer . For them only football is american football which is very physical and entertaining to watch but why they have make fun of soccer everytime. Fortunately EPSN gonna telecast all the game live unlike last installment of eurocup which was on pay per view. Right now all the bars and pubs are much concerned about NBA live.
One can argue on my preference of Switzerland and Austria making into the 2nd round, but they are the host countries and have home-crowd advantages. Even Japan and Korea made it to the 2nd round in World Cup 2002.
Only thing that sucks about the Euro 2008 is its schedule, all of the games are played during the mid-day US (Eastern) time. But I'm sure that it is gonna be a great competition.

Czech is a strong side but Swiss should have kept their moral high because of opening match and home crowd. I would love to see Czech being thrashed, even a draw would be no less than winning for Swiss supporters like me.
I would go for Turkey, it can be a tough match for much hyped players like Ronaldo and co. They should never forget Turkey got bronze in 2002 World Cup in Japan Korea.
