Staying in America fighting for democracy in Nepal is like:

People working for Aramani (or insert any brand name here), fighting for homeless people's right to wear Aramani.

Sitting in an armoured protected vehicle in the middle of a busy street and daring the police to fire indiscriminately.

For people living outside and praising and hoping the Despot King will do something is like, watching a porno movie and jerking off.

You want to be in the movie and take part in the action, but you are ashamed that people will recognize your true character, so you stay and watch and jerk off.

Looks like I hit a sensitive spot since you're here getting nasty talking about jerking off.

Make some sense will you? You're the one jerking off thinking about the time when you will get a piece of the pie, while you sadistically risk the peace and stability of the people in Nepal.

Saroj, I am not talking about you yaar, why are you so pissed off. I am talking about those people who support the King at Sajha but can't show their face at the time of the hour.

Sardarsing Ok when you used the reference "YOU" I thought you were talking to me.

Some of the supporters of democracy are either too narrowminded or they are so blinded by their blind faith, that they lash out at anyone who doesn't support them as being King G's chamcha.

The fact is that there are a lot of people who does not support King G, and who are more concerned about the people who are actually living in Nepal and trying to have some kind of peace and stability so that they can work and put food on the table for their family. These people don't need to have to deal with the politics of Nepal Bandh's and Kursi Taana Taan.

Again, NOT supporting the King and choosing the best available option for the common Nepali, I say this. At least right now there is only one person in the KURSI and the common Nepalis are the not subjected to being the victims of the multi party Kursi Taana taan where the common Nepali people are the ones who have to suffer the most.

I am not against the people from US who are supporting democracy. Democracy would be nice - since I too am living in a democratic county, but it's just not practical for Nepal. I would just say that you have inflated ideals. Come down to earth and practically think about doing some grass root projects for the common Nepali, instead of contributing to stopping foreign aid.

Saroj, I guess you are more like the porn star, because you are in the action (democracy) and enjoying it, but you don't think people in Nepal should not enjoy, rather just watch the movie and jerk off.

:) Don't take it personally. I hate people who are hypocrites kya.

Sardarsing, you hit it on the dot. I am enjoying democracy but at least I am not a hypocrite who talks about democracy all the time but is afraid to go back to his country do anything about it. I'm not the one supporting democracy in Nepal. So who's the hypocrite?

people who are abroad but are negative about everything what others do and time and again claim that they don't care but still bark are like: Frogs in the filth infested ditch who croone all day and all night but can never get outside of the ditch cause they are so busy pulling all the legs of other frogs too!

and long before you die, you'll be one of those folks sitting outside chautari, drinking in a bhatti with your other hyenas, still talking about the hypocrites living abroad who can't do any grass root projects for nepal, cause you for one my friend, are scared to even take the first step. and yah ! you will SOUND SO INTELLIGENT and BRAVE, cause you made such a valid point about OTHER HYPOCRITES! I AM YOUR PANKHA NOW!

By the way, my parents are both Nepali but I was born and raised in Europe. But I still feel myself 100% Nepali and go there every year working on grass root projects.

By the way, Both my parents are nepali too, and I was borne and raised in nepal. and I am still 100% nepali but I haven't been able to go home every year, cause I am working my azz off here finishing my studies and supporting my family in nepal. AND I BELIEVE THAT"S THE GRASS ROOT PROJECT FOR ME! cause i can't certainly feed 26 million nepalis can I?

So you see, dude, we're both on the same page one way or the other. my only dissatisfaction is why criticize others when you're not sure what they are doing. Maybe they are not hypocrites like you claim them to be. Not everyone's parents have settled in US and Europe. maybe some of these hypocrites are actually waiting for right environment to return. So why disgust over someone's voice when in the end all they maybe doing is voicing their opinion on the excaberating environment.

Snurp I have seen the democracy in Nepal and it did NO GOOD. That's why I am critisizing the attempts to reinstate the same state of chaos AGAIN.

Snurp, you're supporting your family and that's very commendable. They're probably doing ok with your support unlike the rest of the common people who don't have money flowing in. Your family in Nepal including the other common people deserve to live peacefully without having to deal with the uncertainties of the kursi tana taan as seen in the last decade. Also you don't want to subject them to the wrath of the King nor the Maoists.

As you have said your grassroot project is to take care of your family and yourself. So don't disguise that as a fight for the democracy of Nepal. Thank you.

Ok Pornstars, what is the problem, why should people who love democracy leave for Nepal? I think those who are for autocratic rule and think Nepalese do not deserve democracy should go back to Nepal and live there. And like someone else said, you guys would probably love to live under Fiedel Castro or Kim Ill Sung. Then you will have your money where your mouth is.

Those who treasure democracy should stay where there is democracy.

sardarsing, looks like you are obsessed about porn. I hope you will grow up sometime.

When you grow up you will note that I've repeatedly said that I don't support king G.
You definitely are one of the supporters of democracy who is either too narrowminded or they are so blinded by their blind faith, that they lash out at anyone who doesn't support them as being King G's chamcha.

Staying in America fighting for democracy in Nepal is like sardarsing's ideals of waching tons of porn and whacking off to them in his american apartment, and being obsessed with being Nepal's first porn star. That's not going to happen, remember that singer guy who's in jail right now?

So you don't want the KING, MAOIST, ARMY or EVEN DEMOCRATIC SYSTEM..but you want the goodwill of the COMMON NEPALIS that ONLY YOU HAVE SEEN and WORKED WITH and lived for hmmm how many years????

FAIR ENOUGH! so the question still begs....WHAT IS YOUR SOLUTION?

Snurp, politics is not mathematics where you have the right answer for everything. But you do know what is NOT the right answer. We have seen how multi party democracy set forth a downward spiral in Nepal in the last decade. So that cannot be the solution.

It's like HIV/AIDS, you don't really have a solution yet, but you know you don't want to be having unprotected sex. Last time Nepalis had sex with democracy they got screwed and got STD. Now they might get HIV which is uncurable.

Its more like Nepal was being humped by a HIV Royals for hundreds of years, and the medicines were given at different times, in 1990 people thought medicine for headache will do, so after 15 years, the HIV took over again. The solution is to take out the HIV infested Royals out of Nepal so that the White Blood Cells and Red Blood Cells can fight the disease themselves.

If you were well informed you would know that there is no cure for HIV/AIDS yet. But you want to subject the common Nepali who wants peace and stability, as your Guinea Pigs to see if your medicine is going to work, then stop disguising your selfish egotism as your concern for Nepal. They are human beings, don't treat them as Guinea Pigs in your political theories and exprements and ideals. Especially when we have already seen how democracy worked in Nepal during the past decade.

In any case, it is probably better for Nepal to have one source of HIV the King than to have hundreds of other Politicians. At least with one source of HIV, you know who not to f_ck with. With 100's of politicans with HIV, it won't take long for the whole society to start being affected with HIV.

Saroj,
You have hit the nail on the head.Politics is not mathematics that has outright solution. Hence, the need to work towards it constantly even more. You don't give up just because it seems that it has no solution. Or else, If you were well informed, there wouldn't be thousands of labs worldwide trying to find the ultimate cure for it would they? Or would you say to them, you can't take care of HIV by not being in africa? :P

On the other hand, IF YOU WERE WELL INFORMED about HIV, now that you have drawn a parallel, MAGIC JOHNSON is a living example of HIV/AIDS and seems to be healthier each day. The point being, We are very near to finding a solution. Just because it seems unlikely that a vaccine failed several times in the past, you don't let HIV take over you, or would you?

Now about your fighting for democracy from abroad...like a person in another forum noted, just like the people who are mad about girija and maoists and want to wipe them out do not want to go to nepal and join the army, noone has to go to nepal and sacrifice their head just to prove that point that they are concerned about it. That would be stupidity. If KingG and his ROYAL army allowed such peaceful protests, I am sure there would be. Now if you'd read the news recently, your common people who are fighting for survival, maoist victims who are all but demanding food taht has been decayed in kadhya sasthan, were used brutal force to end the strike. So you go figure, mr omniscient :)
