You are mostly right about the people who are making a big hue and cry about restoring democracy in Nepal. They want their family to continue to make profit out of their affiliation in the political parties. Chances are most of these people who are raising a big issue in the US came through unethically earned money. Who can really afford to pay 20 or more thousand dollars a year in nepal besides Businessmen, scholarship recipients and few with ancestorial property(not including own parents).

And make that very very veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy elite, and quite possibly with 10-20 million + loan in bank which they have no intention to pay, but would have 3 cars, 5 house, servants and all the modern amenities.

Indeed very few can actually pay for $20000 p.a+ for their child a year. But why take people studying in U.S. I know a plenty who studied in Lincoln, and few other
(High)school/ colleges which charges quite astronomical for nepalese or for that matter even upper middle-1st elite standard.
