Hey sajha admin!! Please stop displaying that big flashing picture of Prashant Tamang on the front page. It is too irritating and everytime i open the page I feel irritated as i have to mouse over there and close that picture to see the other contents. I beleive that Prashant is of nepali origin and we have our centiments towards him, even I have but it is also true that he is not going to live for Nepal and will not contribute Nepal, whatever he earns and pays tax will all go to India, so why we Nepali are too crazy abt him. I think it is shame of sajha to promote him this much, it is useless and ridiculous. I humbly request to omit that display or else you can make this sajha.com as darjelling community or Indian community, we Nepali guys will try to search another community!!

I agree; you can put it on the homepage, but it's so annoying to see the big flashing picture everytime I log into sajha.

I can't embed youtube and other pictures. The admin can see how the youtube gets messed up when we put the link and only few have managed to put it successfully. There should be some instructions on how to embed clips or pictures in this new editor.

Are you pissed off at the ad in Sajha home page or at Prashant Tamang not being a Nepali citizen?

We nepali pay hundreds and thousands  to watch and hear hindi movies and songs but when one of our own nepali origin person, who is so much nepali is singing and performing, some of the jeleousy people cannot stand it. Grow up.

well i think u guys stop complaining.. its not like that ad will be there forever..once the concert is over, the ad will dissapear...  atleast now u dont have something like that scrolling on the top of the page like before.

Its not about the advertisement.. many of the people here including indians and nepalese die to hear prashant sing.. i think he is the idol.. indian idol but he speaks nepali.. so he is nepali.. and remember.. it wasn't most of the indian who voted for prahant excluding KOLKATA.. it was nepalese from darjeeling and everywhere else who used like 2 or 3 phones to vote for him.. so advertisement won't make a difference. and about the sajha.com.. it has helped us a lot finding the right decisions if we are lost somewhere.. so leave sajha.com and prashant.. prashant if getting popularity.. and sajha.com is earning for what they have done to create a difference.. so just PEACE.. just my view...

I have been a sajha member longer than many of you guy, so it is no wonder that I check for the forum update many times during the day. So every time I open the explorer, to see the update, I am greeted with P's photo, now this irritates me a lot.

I request the adminstrator to stop it.

Though the site belongs to San and it is up to him how he wishes it to be, don't forget that we are also the one who makes the traffic for this site so that he can generate some cash.

 I don't care if he is Indian or Nepali but his has to stop and I don't care what P's fan has to say.

 

I know and he is a not at all a good singer. I request people to rather go to the concert of other Nepali singers who are in town like Deepak Bajracharya than to listen to some darjeling boy singing. I am not even a fan of his voice and if he is going to sing hindi movie songs, then it is really not worth the effort. I really wish other Nepali singers get more credibility and recognition.

freak_alien, I didn't mean about the ad on the frontpage, it's about the big ad that pops up for few seconds every time we log into sajha. It might not be a big deal for you, but it sure is annoying to many people.

Regarding the problems with embedding videos, you're right, it has nothing to do with this thread. I just wrote in the hope that the admin will read this thread as my other thread on the problem went unnoticed. By the way, I've not seen any other instructions besides the one at the bottom of this textbox if that's what you're referring to. When did only kids get the priviledge to have an opinion?

I've nothing against P.Tamang and had wished for all his success through the idol episodes.

i also believe that its not good to have the falshing phot as we open the sajha . But please all the viewers think how much money we nepalese are investing on watching the hindi Movies and serials. Before stopping the spirit of Prashanta Tamang , who is once Nepalese we should determine not to spend any more money in watching the Hindi movies and serials.  but i dont mean to say that we must support and pray for Prashant Tamang
